Breaking the Binary of the Tarot Court

The traditional Tarot Court is defined by a binary paradigm that just doesn’t work for many of us. In this class we will break out of the traditional mold of Kings, Queens, Knights, and Pages to better understand the trickiest cards in the tarot. We will unpack the core qualities that typically define  divine feminine/masculine as well as exploring toxic masculinity/femininity. We will then apply these characteristics to the four suits of the tarot in a gender neutral way. By breaking down the binary, we will gain a better understanding of the Tarot Court and greater expression in our readings. Please come to class with an open mind, a sense of humor, and willingness to take on a sensitive topic in a kind and loving way.

Sterling Moon has been reading tarot cards for over 24 years. A friend’s sister gave her a deck when she was just a teenager and tarot and connecting with the divine became a permanent part of her life.She’s been an intuitive, empath, and “seer” her whole life, with a particular knack for connecting with those who have passed beyond the veil.
