Deluxe Meditation: Ancestral Soundbath

A sound bath, or Sound healing is a guided meditative technique of relaxation. The body is bathed in energetic sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. Sound healing can unlock trauma, emotions, and provide relaxation and the space for healing to occur on a physical as well as an emotional level.
This meditative Sound bath will focus on channeling the deep ancestral wounds that we inherit and carry with us on a day to day basis. Come prepared for a heavy release and intense emotions. (Essential oils/incenses May be used/burned during sound baths. You are welcome to sit, or lay down- bring something soft for your head to rest on)
