Deluxe Meditation: Full Body Sound Bath

A sound bath, or Sound healing is a guided meditative technique of relaxation. The body is bathed in energetic sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. Sound healing can unlock trauma, emotions, and provide relaxation and the space for healing to occur on a physical as well as an emotional level. Sound waves can also help stimulate circulation and boost the immune system. Come ready for a full body experience, or come to relax- the intention is yours. (Essential oils/incenses May be used/burned during sound baths. You are welcome to sit, or lay down- bring something soft for your head to rest on)
