Haunted: Tips for the Modern Medium

There are those who go searching for contact with the spirit realm and then there are those of us who couldn’t avoid it if we tried. The gift of being able to make contact with those who have crossed over sometimes doesn’t feel like much of a gift. We are susceptible to unwanted hauntings and attachments and maintaining our boundaries when we find ourselves in spaces with high levels of paranormal activity can be difficult.
