This class is a magickal weaving of Goddess devotion and yogic practice. It begins with calling in the Divine Feminine to assist with the releasing of stuck energy and bringing in healing. Students are given time to set their personal healing intention, then they are guided through a simple, gentle Hatha style flow and a meditative chakra-visualization to help each student identify where stuck energy is residing and release it. There is time at the end for students to share but they will never be forced to share. The aim of this class is to assist students with the conscious releasing of anxiety, fears, physical tension, and any other stuck emotions or incompatible energy. Students will discover tools that will help them continue their self-healing path, and to feel complete in their own energy.

Kelly Barrett is an integrative trauma therapist (MSW, LCSWC); her approach combines traditional western talk therapy with energy medicine while allowing space for spirit to be present in the healing journey. Kelly is also a registered, trauma-informed yoga teacher (RYT, TCTSY), reiki practitioner, and devotee of Hindu, Buddhist, and Pagan deities. Kelly has worked with survivors of abuse, and people in mental health crises for the past three years in various community settings. She began teaching yoga four years ago at non-profits, mental health facilities, and crisis centers as a way of bringing the healing power of yoga to populations that may not always have access to it. Kelly continues to offer yoga, reiki, and therapy in the Denver Metro Area.
