Meditation is an ancient psycho-spiritual technology that humans have used to transform and elevate their consciousness, conduct, and power for millennia. These practices have been passed down in the Mystical traditions, and an unfortunate separation occurred somewhere in history – Mysticism and Magic, while usually sharing the same root, branched off and differentiated. But that definition I just gave of Meditation meets all the qualifications for Dion Fortune’s definition of Magic – “the art and science of causing change in consciousness in accordance with the will.” Full instruction will be given in a variety of meditation practices, many of which may be unfamiliar – meditation doesn’t have to be “just sitting there and observing the breath.” As someone with ADHD, and an experienced meditator and meditation instructor, it pains me how often I hear people say “I just can’t meditate.”

Come learn lineage-based practices and grounding teachings that will help you make friends with your mind and empower your life and magic. My own background and training includes initiation into a Sufi Order, Kabbalah, extensive study and practice within Ceremonial Magick, an undergraduate degree in Contemplative Psychology (and minor in Yoga) from Naropa University, and training and empowerment from my Teacher to be a meditation instructor.
