An evening dedicated to connecting to your center with self abdominal massage from the lineage of Mayan Healer Don Elijio Panti, explore the Bao Mai Merdian (energy channel) that creates the Heart Sacral Connection and clearing the Solar Plexus Bowl. After opening space with a Lustral Bowl and song, we will lay down and connect to the core through meditation and self touch. Digestive troubles, painful periods, fertility support, pelvic and prostate problems, to relieve chronic back and sacral issues abdominal massage can be powerful and effective.

Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing, some are available but bring anything you may need to make yourself comfortable lying on the floor (yoga mat/blanket/pillow) and anything you’d like to bring to put on the altar.

Abby is a 4th generation bodyworker and has been practicing and continuing her study of Massage, Shiatsu and Energy Work since graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2001. She has a BA in Psychology from MSU and is a certified Life Coach. Abby has been practicing magic and divination for 22 years and apprenticed with Johannes Björn Gårdbäck in Nordic Folk Magick. All offerings focus on your self-care, embodiment and finding next best steps. Abby’s goal is to create safe spaces for your healing, awakening and getting tuned in with your intuition, guides and highest self. She is a mom, a cat lover and has a private practice, Green Room Healing Arts, on South Broadway in Denver.
