Take an extended journey into the Norse realm of the dead.

Clear yourself of unwanted baggage, energy attachments, shadows obscuring your way.
Gain clarity for your road ahead and how you can reclaim more of your own self in
the process

Before we venture into the underworld, we will be discussing the landscape of Helheim,
the functions of these features, and the work of the goddess Hel. You will
become familiar with the landscape of this underworld and how to traverse it.

Then we will enter a deep meditative state, guided with music and galdr (rune song) to
enter the land of the dead.

In this journey we will visit:
Hel’s Hall – to gain blessing for our journey
The Seeress’s mound – to gain wisdom and understanding from her words
Baldr’s hall – for the guidance on the steps to take in your life
The great seething cauldron at the depths of Helheim – to cast off those things you are ready to depart with

Please come prepared with:
Overall understanding of the purpose of this working – to clear away that which is not you, and build deeper authenticity of your being
Questions to ask the wise woman/ seeress/ volva about your life
Questions to ask Baldr about what to build, create, do to make manifest the right things for you
Things to cast into Hvergelmir – the things that are no longer yours, not a part of who you are

You will leave with the wisdom to take the next steps in your life, free and clear from things hindering your growth and progress, and clarity for the path forward.

Kaedrich Olsen author of Runes for Transformation and founder of GaldraKraft, has been an ardent student of Old Norse literature, runes and mysticism for 30 years. Building upon the wisdom from the Viking rune masters, he has developed practical techniques for transforming one’s life.
