Class fees are non transferable, please note that we stick to the student agreements clicked on during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time.

Please Note: Per county guidelines, students are required to properly wear a mask for the duration of your visit. We are unable to make exceptions.

Whether you are reading for yourself or a friend, the art of tarot reading can be fun, powerful, and insightful. This one day, “drink from the firehose” workshop will explore all 78 cards of the tarot. We will go over the cards’ upright and reversed meanings and practice throwing spreads. All students will walk out with Sterling Moon’s Tarot 101 zine and the ability to start reading tarot regularly right off the bat!

Please bring a notebook, writing utensil, and a tarot deck based on the Smith-Rider Waite. Have water and snacks if you need them, as our breaks will be short. Plan to wear a mask if that is still within CDC guidelines.

12-2 – Introductions & Major Arcana of the Tarot
2-2:15 – Break
2:15 – 4:15 – Minor Arcana of the Tarot
4:15-4:30 – Break
4:30 – 5:30 – The Tarot Court & Mechanics of Readings
5:30 – 6 – Practice!

Please note: These teachings are based on the Smith-Rider-Waite deck, and that is what we will cover in class. There are many decks that are fun variations on the Smith-Rider-Waite, so don’t feel obligated to get the classic version if you find a different one that really speaks to you. There are decks available to buy at Ritualcravt if you need one.
