Hatha style yoga and guided chakra meditation.
Hatha yoga focuses on uniting and bringing balance to body, mind, and soul. This class includes breathwork, gentle yoga movement, and a relaxing 30-minute chakra meditation with sound healing. You will connect to your inner self, relax, and release both physical and emotional tension. You’ll walk out of this class feeling more grounded and lighter at the same time.

Kelly Barrett, LCSW, RYT, TSYT
Kelly Barrett is a mystic above all. She seeks the magick, beauty, and wonder in every day. She is trained as a trauma therapist (LCSW) and a trauma sensitive yoga teacher (TSYT). She is a Munay-Ki Shaman and a reiki master. Her approach to healing is spirit-based therapy, a weaving of psychotherapy, yoga, reiki, and shamanic healing. The integration of these modalities provides healing on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual. She has been serving the Denver metro area as a therapist for over three years. In addition, she has taught yoga at various community mental health centers as a way of bringing the healing power of yoga to those who do not always have access to it. Kelly aims to help her students and clients find deep healing, and enter a more soul-driven, heart-centered life.
