ZOOM CLASSES OPERATE THE SAME AS IN PERSON CLASSES. WE DO NOT RECORD CLASSES TO PROTECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF OUR TEACHERS.

PLEASE NOTE: This class is not an in-person class. This class is being offered as a LIVE ONLINE-ONLY OFFERING. After you sign up, you will receive a link to register for the viewing session (separate from the ticket email) approximately one hour prior to class time. Please register ahead of time to ensure that you make it to the online session on time! (Class times are in MDT time zone)

The Herbal First Aid Workshop teaches how to treat non-life threatening injuries, sicknesses and other ailments with plant-based medicine. This course is for beginner students with little to no experience in herbal medicine. It will teach about several botanical allies and preparations to use when providing natural first aid care, as well as how to apply these remedies in urban settings amidst group gatherings. In this class, we will discuss how to treat the following ailments:

– Cuts and Scrapes
– Burns
– Bug Bites
– Contact Rashes
– Upset Stomach
– Diarrhea
– Muscle Aches
– Headaches
– Bleeding and Bruises
– Poison Ivy and Poison Oak Rash
– Minor Allergic Reactions
– Sore Throat, Colds, Upper Respiratory Issues
– Snake Bites
– Emotional Imbalance
– Chemical Exposure
– PLUS specific herbal recipes for you to use when creating your own Herbal First Aid Kit

Students will recieve a Certificate of Completion at the end of the workshop. Herbal First Aid will be taught in a lecture-style class with a Power Point Slideshow, so make sure to have note-taking materials with you!
