Herbal teas are the cornerstone of any herbal program. They’re nourishing, hydrating and are one of the easiest ways to incorporate the power of herbs into your every day life.
In this class you will learn:
• The differences between infusions and decoctions
• How to make infusions and decoctions
• Examples of herbs that are easy to make into herbal teas
• Instructions, tips, and suggestions for how to blend tea
• Tea to sample while in class and recipes to take home and try In person participants will leave with their own customized blend of nutritive tea that they have created for themselves in class. Online students will not be provided supplies, however, suggested supplies will be given they can follow along if desired.

Molly McClellan is a Certified Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, Witch, and Internationally recognized dance performer and instructor based in Denver, CO.

Molly is a dedicated tree cuddler, a believer in plant spirits, and a flower whisperer. From a very young age she was attuned to the healing wisdom of plants and all they had to offer. A Certified Herbalist through Herbalism Roots and a member of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG), her approach is intuitive, blending science and tradition focusing on both the physical properties of the herbs and their energetic properties…all while adding a dash of Magic. She’s passionate about helping people achieve optimal wellness through the gift of herbs and herbalism so that they can lead enriched and abundantly healthy lives.

Molly is the owner and creator of Vermillion Herbals, an herbally inspired brand that supports body and spirit through organic teas, body products, and ritual bathing kits. She also offers herbal consultations in her private practice.
