PLEASE NOTE: This class is not an in-person class. This class is being offered as a LIVE ONLINE-ONLY OFFERING. You will receive the class link in a separate email about an hour before the class is scheduled to begin, Mountain Time. Please register ahead of time to ensure that you make it to the online session on time! (Class times are in MDT time zone)

Dark Moon.

This Yoga for Witches practice is an invitation to observe the Moon Cycles and how we can learn to work intune and intuitively with the different Lunar Phases both as a Witch and a person inhabiting a Black, Brown or Indigenous body.
This class will explore the Dark Moon. We will use and harness the energy of this lunation to soothe our bodies and align with our own lunar nature. The magnetic pull of the Moon affects our internal state, so we’ll use this to explore and tend to our emotions and the nervous system. As BIPOC individuals you’ll be able to hold space for yourself and your own experience within a safe virtual space designed just for you.
Each class will build on the language, themes and techniques of the previous class, and lunar cycle that we explore. Since the Moon is not linear, no need to worry if you can’t make every session, you’ll be able to drop right in.
This practice will weave Restorative & Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. Come prepared to Care for and Nourish your body and your craft practice through the lens of these modalities.
All paths of witchcraft & spiritual practices are welcome and no experience with Yoga or Yogic practices is necessary.

Please have a Yoga Mat, Water and any props you might want/need to support your practice (e.g. a pillow, blanket, blocks,a strap or chair.)

Davidia is a Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Tarot Reader & Witch.

Davidia is a Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Tarot Reader & Witch. She believes in teaching Yoga and Reading Tarot in a way that serves to create a context for Inner Healing, Alignment, Connection and Expansion. Teaching others to use the feedback they receive from the body and the cards to gain clarity and presence. It’s about working with yourself and not against yourself. Davidia’s intention is to craft her Classes in a way that allows you to explore your innermost landscape connecting you to your magic, discovering your own Physical, Mental and Spiritual Information. The invitation is to then take the insights and guidance presented and utilize it to move forward.
She encourages students to be present with themselves where they are, while working to get to who they want to be.

Davidia’s work is informed by over seven years of professional experience with holding space for others, and years of her own personal healing work with her teachers, spirit and guides. Her classes weave together her knowledge of Yoga, Tarot, The Moon, Ritual and Witchcraft. Davidia offers up her work in service of the Community. She wishes to state explicitly that Healing work is for Everyone. The space that she holds aims to be as Accessible, Safe, Informed, Supportive, and Nurturing an environment as possible for those from and experiencing all walks of life.
