PLEASE NOTE: This class is not an in-person class. This class is being offered as a LIVE ONLINE-ONLY OFFERING. You will receive the class link in a separate email about an hour before the class is scheduled to begin, Mountain Time. Please register ahead of time to ensure that you make it to the online session on time! (Class times are in MDT time zone)

Registration will close three days  prior to the class date. This is allow time for all students to gather supplies. You will be responsible for obtaining all materials. A materials list will be sent in a confirmation email.

While they may seem unusual to many of us living in modern day society, herbal vinegars have been around for centuries and are making a comeback! These medicinal foods are great ways to improve digestion, improve nutrient intake, boost the immune system, and have been touted as the original sports drinks and plague blockers. In this class we will explore the different types of herbal vinegars, learn about the best foods and herbs to use to make them, and do a little DIY/Follow along. Participants will follow along and create their very own Fire Cider and be provided recipes for other fun vinegars they can and try their hand at.

Molly McClellan is a Certified Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, Witch, and Internationally recognized dance performer and instructor based in Denver, CO.

Molly is a dedicated tree cuddler, a believer in plant spirits, and a flower whisperer. From a very young age she was attuned to the healing wisdom of plants and all they had to offer. A Certified Herbalist through Herbalism Roots and a member of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG), her approach is intuitive, blending science and tradition focusing on both the physical properties of the herbs and their energetic properties…all while adding a dash of Magic. She’s passionate about helping people achieve optimal wellness through the gift of herbs and herbalism so that they can lead enriched and abundantly healthy lives.

Molly is the owner and creator of Vermillion Herbals, an herbally inspired brand that supports body and spirit through organic teas, body products, and ritual bathing kits. She also offers herbal consultations in her private practice.
