Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nKundalini energy is the creative life force that lives within all of us. \nJoin the artist of the heart Amberella (Jot Tajgeet Kaur) for a night of awakening this energy within yourself through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. \nThis class is for all body types\, physical activity levels\, and ages 12 +. \nIn the hour and fifteen minute class you can expect guided pranayama (breathwork)\, a set of kriyas (exercises) resulting in noticeable energetic effects\, deep sound relaxation\, and a powerful meditation. \nKundalini Yoga is an inward personal experience at your own pace. \nIt would be an honor to host you in this practice. \nAny and all are welcome. \nAmberella is a bicoastal artist of the heart. \nHer life’s mission and purpose is to embody love and devotionally share her gifts of the heart through the many mediums and modalities that she has in her magic medicine basket. \nShe is committed to liberation and connection through love and vulnerability. \nShe takes her many spiritual and artistic practices seriously and has been studying with a wide array of teachers for many years. \nShe is KRI certified 220 and RYT 200 and is excited to share this technology as yet another way of opening people’s hearts. \nShe is currently working toward her Kundalini Teacher Training Two which takes several years! She is a forever student of life. \nHer Kundalini Spiritual Name is Jot Tajgeet Kaur which means the Princess Lioness who radiates splendor and light.
