We’ll discuss a variety of vinegar infusions\, and a handful of great herbs and plants to keep in your back pocket during cold and flu season. You will also have the opportunity to create your own vinegar infusion of your choice- a fire cider\, oxymel\, or shrub! \nMamie Trotter is the herbalist behind Herbal Riot- a small herbal business located in Denver. Mamie believes that knowledge of plant medicine is meant to be shared and multiplied. There is truly nothing more empowering than knowing that you can create medicines to help your family and friends. Come prepared to get your hands a little dirty\, and to dip your toes in the pond of herbal medicine. \nPlease come with your own cutting board\, knife\, and a 32oz wide mouth jar!
