Welburn Kemp for an immersive class and devotional experience honoring Saint Expedite\, the beloved folk saint and Roman martyr known for his swift intercession and no-nonsense clarity. This offering is designed to help you build or deepen your relationship with Saint Expedite—whether you are in desperate need of help\, facing crossroads\, or simply feel moved to honor the spirit who so often delivers. \nWe’ll explore the nature and history of Saint Expedite\, including:\n— Why he’s called the Patron Saint of Urgent Causes\n— His roots in Roman military martyrdom and folk devotion across cultures\n— Common misunderstandings\, taboos\, and devotional protocols\n— Symbolism of the cross marked HODIE\, the crow of delay (CRAS)\, and what he teaches us about decisiveness and divine timing\n— Traditional offerings\, colors\, and feast day observances \nParticipants will receive guidance on constructing or refreshing their own Saint Expedite altar\, writing petitions\, and engaging in devotional practice with confidence and respect. Together\, we will craft personal prayers or petitions to be placed before the community altar installed at Ritualcravt in celebration of his feast. \nThe class will culminate in a group Feast Day devotional prayer\, led by Col. Kemp\, calling in the presence of Saint Expedite for collective blessing and urgent grace. Time will be held after the session for questions\, altar offerings\, and individual moments of connection with the Saint. \nThis is a devotional working of power\, presence\, and praise—open to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Welburn Hiram Kemp is a proud Appalachian\, steeped and studied in the time honored traditions of folklore\, conjure\, and faith healing passed down through generations in the hollers of Eastern Kentucky. His practice blends elements of ceremonial magick with old time conjure and folk magick\, as well as mystical and lodge traditions informed further by his studies in the Deep South\, particularly New Orleans. Welburn is a passionate teacher\, caregiver\, urban planner\, and preservationist\, dedicated to preserving both spiritual and physical spaces for future generations.
