Ideas about what is “safe\,” “allowed\,” or “spiritual enough” quietly taught you to stay small\, stay agreeable\, or stay silent. These distortions don’t always feel negative\, they often masquerade as discipline\, goodness\, or spiritual maturity\, yet they subtly erode your authority\, clarity\, and self-trust. \nIn this class\, you’ll identify the distorted belief structures that keep you passive\, hesitant\, or self-erasing. This includes fear-based spiritual conditioning\, toxic positivity that dismisses your real experience\, and belief systems that frame power\, anger\, or desire as something to suppress. Once exposed\, these distortions lose their moral weight and reveal themselves as limits\, not truths. \nYou’ll then learn how to consciously rewrite beliefs so they support empowerment rather than restriction\, and how to face the thoughts and feelings you’ve been trained to avoid.
