To attune\, to clear\, to be guided\, to feel connected.  \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nNaomi Ochoa (she\, her\, ella) of Wise Moon Wellness is dedicated to holding space for tender\, loving respite\, and re-imagining our relationships to our bodies\, to each other\, and to our communities. She is a sobadora\, a danzante\, a circle keeper\, and an initiate in the traditions of Curanderismo. She has walked this road with the elders and teachers of Kalpulli ColorAztlan Quetzalcoatl and Calli Tecpatl. \nThrough body/mind/spirit work\, breath\, movement\, somatic understanding\, circle keeping\, and elements of Curanderismo\, she invites our bodies to remember how Sacred we are. She is a loving witness to the graceful unfoldings and rebuildings of beautiful humans\, ever reaching toward balance. She holds palabra with permission of her teachers to help build community through self reflection\, mutual respect and understanding. \nWith almost 2 decades of experience in the Healing Arts\, numerous certifications in Massage\, BodyIntuitive\, Breathwork\, Circle Keeping\, Plant Medicine Facilitation\, Somatic Integration\, AcuDetox\, and the completion of a 4 year walk with Calli Tecpatl as a practitioner of Curanderismo\, she continues to let her heart\, passion\, and Ancestors guide her to be of service to the community and Highest Good.
