Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nA trauma informed yoga class for emotional regulation and release through movement and breath work. Suitable for all ability levels. Expect to make noise\, breathe deep\, and move energy through somatic movement and yoga asanas. A safe space to breathe\, move\, make noise\, release\, feel\, and regulate. \nTaught by Liora Lionheart\, Ritualcravt’s Herbalist House Witch. Liora has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2020\, including vinyasa\, ashtanga\, kundalini\, and yin yoga.\nPlease bring your own mat and water! Option to bring a blanket if you’d like as well.\nSliding scale ticket options below. \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nLiora Lionheart is a professional herbalist\, yoga teacher\, tarot reader\, and witch. Having a passion for community and healing\, Liora focuses their energy on how to best serve their community through magic\, movement\, and herbs! Originally from Texas\, Liora went to Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine\, as well as founded the group Austin’s Queer Coven. You can find them working at Ritualcravt as the Herbalist House Witch\, foraging in the mountains\, dancing at edm concerts\, tending to their home and yard\, or making potions in their witchcraft room.
