SUMMARY:{VIRTUAL} Northern Gifts Past Life Meditation

Registration closes one hour prior to class starting. \nThis group past life regression is for anyone who is attracted to Nordic traditions\, mythologies\, or cultures- or feels they may have lived a past life in an ancient Northern part of the world! In this guided meditation\, we will journey backwards in time and through the world tree of the Nordic people to recover gifts\, understand attachments\, reclaim strengths\, and release contracts that are not serving us in our lives today. We will go through the meditation together and end with a bit of light processing and discussion. No experience necessary\, dress comfortably and have a quiet space to enjoy this work at home. Past life meditations can be interesting and informative\, but also fun! \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nMissy Johanna Rhysing is a Swedish-American woman who grew up in the Swedish diaspora in Minnesota\, and is the owner and founder of Ritualcravt in Colorado. Her people hail from Scandinavia\, Bohemia/Czech Republic\, France and England. She places great importance on working with our ancestral root cultures as a means of reweaving folk magic and traditions to improve our lives and our relationships with the lands we live on today.\n\nMissy’s trainings include Trolldom\, Scandinavian spirituality and animism\, Swedish massage\, past life regression\, meditation\, shiatsu\, tattooing\, folk herbal and nutritional support\, and more. She facilitates community sauna ceremonies and is passionate about sauna culture. Missy has been offered the name Mästerinna as a lineage teacher in Trolldom\, and holds that close to her heart with great honor. She carries immense gratitude for her mentors\, spirit council\, and peers for the doors that have been opened to her and the blessings she has received.

Registration closes one hour prior to class starting. \n  \nAs a very devoted cat mom\, it’s a little surprising to me that I didn’t come up with this class idea before!! I will do a deep dive into the meaning and mythology of Bastet\, and explore her history\, symbolism\, power\, and protection as a way to help us strengthen our connection to her. We will also learn some ritual ideas and spellwork that will call to her and bring her into our lives (and the lives of our cats). As someone who has had a relationship with her for years\, I am happy to relate some stories of how she has shown up for me and mine and been a great comfort when I have had to help any of my little ones cross the veil. As our class meeting approaches\, I encourage you to think about any times that she may have shown herself to you and your cats\, and to feel free to relate those stories in our class. \nThis class is taught in honor of Odysseus\, a feral cat whose story you will learn\, since my first deep connection with her came when he needed help most. His earthly body is no more\, but his spirit combined with hers protects our home. \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR \nSusan Redington Bobby\, the founder of Professor of Words\, LLC\, is an online teacher\, a freelance editor\, a writing mentor\, and a tutor. Her specialty is being able to read people on a deeper level through their writing\, and she has recently completed a certificate course on integrative somatic trauma therapy.  She is a retired professor of English with expertise in fairy tales\, adolescent literature\, goddess archetypes\, magical realism\, creative writing\, and film studies. She is the author of Beyond His Dark Materials\, the editor of Fairy Tales Reimagined\, and co-editor of The Artemis Archetype in Popular Culture. The Series Editor of Tales from Fiddler’s Green\, she also occasionally publishes creative fiction. She is currently studying the Bardic Course in Druidry from OBOD. She maintains Mellie’s Grove\, a certified NWF backyard wildlife habitat that is home to a rescued and small stabilized cat family and all manner of wildlife.
