Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \nRegistration will close one hour prior to class starting. \n  \nThis group past life regression is for anyone who is attracted to the Nordic traditions\, mythologies\, or cultures- or feels they may have lived a past life in an ancient Nordic part of the world. In this guided meditation we will journey backwards in time and through the world tree of the Nordic people to recover gifts\, understand attachments\, reclaim strengths\, or release contracts that are not serving us in our lives today. We will go through the meditation and end with a bit of processing and discussion. No experience necessary\, dress comfortably and have a quiet space to enjoy this work at home. \nMissy Johanna Rhysing is an American woman practicing Nordic folk traditions in Denver\, CO and Mpls\, MN. Her people hail from Scandinavia\, Bohemia/Czech Republic\, France and England. She places great importance on working with our ancestral root cultures as a means of reclaiming and reweaving folk magic and medicine to improve our lives and our relationships with the lands we live on today.\nMissy’s trainings include Trolldom\, Nordic spirituality and animism\, Swedish massage\, past life regression\, meditation\, shiatsu\, tattooing\, folk herbal and nutritional support\, and more. Missy facilitates community sauna ceremonies and is passionate about sauna tradition and culture. She has been offered the name Völva\, or cunning woman\, and holds that close to her heart with great honor. She carries immense gratitude for her mentors\, spirit council\, and peers for the doors that have been opened to her and the blessings she has received.
