Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nThis class will be an introduction to Japanese animism and magical perspectives in Japanese culture.  We will explore the historical origins of Japanese animism\, Buddhist influences and how life may look for those who walk such a path. In a “day-in-the-life” format\, we will touch on ancestor work\, kami veneration\, Japanese cultural arts and magical habits.  The class will also include an overview of major annual festivals that may affect one’s daily routine depending on the season.\n\nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nAkemi is a Nikkei storyteller\, writer\, teacher and visual/experiential creative.  She has familial roots in Taiji-cho\, Wakayama-ken\, the neighborhood of Asakusa in Tōkyō-to and Terminal Island. She is the founder of Little Well Studio\, an atelier driven by the principles of preservation\, healing and education.  Her work actively nurtures traditions and stories through the visual/creative arts\, embodiment practices and engagement.  Akemi’s artistic and spiritual path is deeply informed by her upbringing within the Japanese cultural art of karate-do from the age of three and her experience as a kata athlete.  She describes karate-do as her ethnic and spiritual identity in motion\, at the intersection of tradition\, ancestral wisdom and modern identity.  Akemi views ancestral work as a living\, breathing relationship with those who have come before and traditions as a way to dialogue with the past.\n\nhttp://littlewellstudio.com/

SUMMARY:{IN PERSON} Everyday Magic: Love\, Boundaries & Devotion
DESCRIPTION:PLEASE READ: This class is IN PERSON. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. \nClass fees are non transferable\, we stick to the student agreements agreed upon during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \n\nLove is often framed as something we give endlessly to others\, but true devotion begins with care\, discernment\, and honoring our own limits. This Everyday Magic class explores love as a daily practice — one rooted in self-respect\, energetic awareness\, and gentle sovereignty. \nTogether\, we’ll reflect on how boundaries protect what we cherish\, how devotion can nourish rather than deplete\, and how love can be woven into everyday life through simple rituals and mindful attention. This class offers space to explore emotional and energetic patterns with compassion\, inviting more clarity\, steadiness\, and self-trust into your relationships — including the one you have with yourself. \nThis gathering is designed to feel grounding and supportive\, not heavy or confrontational. It is well-suited for anyone feeling overextended\, emotionally sensitive\, or longing for a more balanced and sustainable relationship with love\, care\, and commitment. \n\n\n\nYOUR INSTRUCTOR:\n\n\nMclean has had a lifelong passion for helping others embrace and utilize their own magic\, even on the most mundane days. As a certified master herbalist\, crystal healer\, spiritual coach\, birth and postpartum doula\, reiki master\, and practiced tarot and oracle reader\, she offers support for all aspects of being human. Bringing that witch in the woods who gives you a magic potion vibes\, Mclean is here to help you with spells\, tinctures\, trinkets and tools to help you build your own thriving\, magical life. She has been working with the mystical and magical for over 20 years and continually implements metaphysical and spiritual practices into as many places as possible within everyday life. Mclean loves to support humans in an all inclusive\, whole being way. \nAlong with many certifications\, she loves to continue to expand on her spiritual knowledge. Her studies have included energy work\, crystals\, spell work\, herbal astrology\, working with the phases of the moon\, LOA\, and so much more. \n“People are capable\, at any time in their lives\, of doing what they dream of.” –Paulo Coelho\, The Alchemist

SUMMARY:{IN PERSON} Sound of Reclamation: A Friday the 13th Gathering
DESCRIPTION:PLEASE READ: This class is IN PERSON. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Class fees are non transferable\, we stick to the student agreements agreed upon during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nFriday the 13th was once a day of power for women — a sacred time to gather in circles\, honor community and creativity\, tap into intuition and body wisdom\, practice mysticism and magic\, and align with the rhythms of the moon and the body. Over time\, cultural fear and superstition replaced reverence\, turning a day of empowerment into one perceived as unlucky. This gathering is the perfect opportunity for women to come together to reclaim this day as a way to remember\, restore\, and step fully into the magic of divine feminine power. \nJoin artist and healer Tori Price in this compassionate space to honor the feminine through movement\, community\, and sound. Beginning with a hip-opening yoga practice\, you’ll gently move emotional energy stuck in the body before finding stillness in a restorative sound bath meditation. The soothing immersive vibrations of healing crystal singing bowls and other ethereal sounds work gently through the body\, returning you to your natural center of grounded presence. \nReturn to your body\, reclaim what belongs to you\, and step into your inner strength with clarity and intention. Are you ready to stand in your power and truth? \nThis gathering is for women of all expressions\, including femme-identifying and non-binary folks. No experience with sound healing or yoga is necessary. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to arrive and settle in. \nWhat to bring: \nA yoga mat\, blankets\, bolsters/pillows\, anything to make yourself feel cozy and safe \n– (Ritualcravt has some available as well!) \nEye mask or scarf to cover your eyes \nWater \nWhat to expect: \nCommunity connection + guided movement \nGentle breathwork + grounding meditation \nSound bath with crystal bowls + other healing instruments \nTime for integration after the sound bath \nA few benefits of sound healing: \nIncreases parasympathetic response \nPromotes better sleep \nImproves mood and focus \nReduces stress\, anxiety\, depression \nBoosts immune system \nHelps with pain management \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nTori Price is a fine artist\, sound healer\, card reader\, and teacher. With over 12 years of experience in art and healing\, her degree in Psychology\, and certifications in yoga and sound healing\, Tori enjoys guiding others in gentle\, compassionate practices that cultivate a sense of restful\, harmonious self-connection. \nTori is an advocate for participating in accessible healing practices that encourage less mind energy and more heart and body energy; the ability to calm the mind and feel at ease during sound baths has always drawn her to this practice. She is honored to create immersive\, ethereal soundscapes with crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments for others to relax and return to their center. Growing up playing mallet percussion for 6+ years in school bands\, Tori’s inner child is overjoyed to be playing with mallets and music again to help others in a meaningful way. \nLearn more about Tori and her offerings: toripriceart.com / @toripriceart
