SUMMARY:{IN PERSON} Magical Floorwashes: A Make and Learn Workshop

Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nFolk traditions teach us to infuse magic into everyday activities like cooking\, cleaning\, bathing\, and more. It’s a wonderful way to make magic a way of life. \nIn this in-person workshop\, Sterling Moon will introduce participants to the magic of floorwashes. Floorwashes are essentially spells for changing the energy of a space\, dispelling what’s unwanted\, or calling in what’s  desirable. The spell is “activated” through the mundane activity of mopping and wiping down commonly used spaces. They are a staple in many folk magic traditions. \nSterling will guide participants through making their own blends\, beyond throwing a bunch of herbs and curios together. Sterling will walk participants through divining what needs attention in their home or lives and the process of waking up and listening to the spirits of magical materia like herbs and curios\, ensuring that it all works in harmony. Everyone will leave with floorwashes that are uniquely their own magic. \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \n\n\n\n\nSterling Moon (she/her) is a full time\, heels-on-the-ground\, tarot reader\, psychic medium\, folk magician\, animal communicator\, published author\, podcaster\, and an educator on the mystical and strange. Sterling has been working with clients and teaching professionally since 2013 and has been a teacher with Ritualcravt School since 2017. \nShe is the author of Talking to Spirits: A Modern Medium’s Practical Advice for Spirit Communication (2023) and Llewellyn’s Little Book of Spirit Communication (2025)\, published by Llewelyn Books. Registration closes one hour prior to class starting. \n  \nJourney through the Zodiac and the natal chart one chunk at a time\, starting at the beginning – Aries\, Taurus\, and Gemini. \nIn this series\, we will explore the zodiac alongside the houses based on the traditional whole sign house system. It is easy to overlook the importance of the houses in a chart\, but understanding house significations WITH the zodiac\, unlocks another layer of meaning\, symbolism\, and divination in our astrological interpretations. You can expect the following topics covered in part I: Whole Sign House System\, Aries/1st House\, Taurus/2nd House\, Gemini/3rd House. \n(It is not required to take all classes in the series\, and earlier classes are not prerequisites for later classes). \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nBea (“bee”\, she/her) is a medium\, reader\, healer\, and seer. She has been practicing astrology and reading tarot/oracle for 8 years now\, serving as a House Reader at Ritualcravt since 2024. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n\nTravel back to an era before smart watches and cell phones\, when people wove time out of sacred symbols\, seasonal rituals\, and everyday folk magic.\n\n\nWe’ll begin with a swift journey through the world’s sacred calendars—how ancient cultures turned the movements of the sun\, moon\, and the stars into ritual rhythms\, feast days\, and liminal nights when the veil thins and the magic is potent. From sacred festivities to folk almanacs\, you’ll see how tracking time has always been a way to navigate the year and work with providence\, spirits\, and the land. \n\n\n\nFrom there\, we dive into the wisdom of the North: Scandinavian calendar sticks\, or Primstavs. These carved staffs encode the ritual year in simple\, potent symbols—axes and keys\, crosses\, animals\, stars and more—marking days of power for work\, rest\, divination\, and protection. We will learn how Christian feast days overlaid older seasonal rites and how the working people quietly read signs of the weather\, warnings and luck in their sticks.\n\n\nFinally\, we will translate these ideas into our own craft. Through reflection and simple symbol‑making\, we’ll sketch a personal calendar stick that maps our most important events: sabbats\, changes in the seasons\, and auspicious times for spellwork. You’ll leave with historical insight\, fresh inspiration for seasonal magic\, and a tangible way to live more deeply in rhythm with the cycles that shape your practice. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYOUR INSTRUCTOR:\n\nKyn Morgan \nKyn is an artist and folk magic practitioner born and raised in Colorado. She lives high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains\, where she draws inspiration and renewal from the quiet\, powerful presence of the land around her. \nKyn’s magical path began in her early twenties with dedicated practice in a Wiccan tradition\, where she developed a strong foundation in ritual structure\, ethics\, and energy work. In this session\, we will explore the 10 Rules of Paranormal Interaction. These are practical guidelines that help you understand how spirits communicate\, why paranormal experiences happen\, and how to engage the unseen world with clarity and safety. \nWe will move into hands-on practice using pendulums\, learning how to recognize intuitive signals and interpret subtle energetic responses. This practice helps strengthen your awareness and confidence in receiving intuitive information. \nWe will close the evening with a spirit communication session connecting with the Whisperers and other spirits\, allowing participants to witness and experience these principles in action. \nEach month we explore a different aspect of the paranormal through teaching\, guided practice\, and direct experiences.
