Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nIn my lineage of Trolldom\, the folk magic of Scandinavia\, one of the ways in which we cast spells is by making trollpåsar\, or a magical pouches. Join me live at Ritualcravt for an evening of casting spells for the Spring season! Please come with some ideas of what you would like to grow or cultivate more of in your life during Spring. \nWe will have a short lecture on traditional trollpåsar\, discuss materials to be used for the magical bags\, and learn how to cast spells with them. All students will make atleast one bag to bring home. \nAll materials will be provided! \n  \nYOUR INSTRUCTOR: \nMissy Johanna Rhysing is a Swedish-American woman who grew up in the Swedish diaspora in Minnesota\, and is the owner and founder of Ritualcravt in Colorado. Her people hail from Scandinavia\, Bohemia/Czech Republic\, France and England. She places great importance on working with our ancestral root cultures as a means of reweaving folk magic and traditions to improve our lives and our relationships with the lands we live on today. \nMissy’s trainings include Trolldom\, Nordic spirituality and animism\, Swedish massage\, past life regression\, meditation\, shiatsu\, tattooing\, folk herbal and nutritional support\, and more. She facilitates community sauna ceremonies and is passionate about sauna culture. Missy has been offered the name Mästerinna as a lineage teacher in Trolldom\, and holds that close to her heart with great honor. She carries immense gratitude for her mentors\, spirit council\, and peers for the doors that have been opened to her and the blessings she has received.

Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time. \n  \nMay: Protecting Spaces and Clearing Energies \nThe environments we live and work in carry energy\, and that energy can influence our thoughts\, emotions\, and spiritual experiences. In this session\, we will explore practical methods for protecting spaces and clearing unwanted or stagnant energies\, helping you create environments that feel balanced\, safe\, and spiritually supportive. \nFollowing the teaching\, we will move into two guided exercises that help you develop the awareness and skills needed to stabilize and strengthen the energetic environments around you. These practices are designed to help you feel more confident in maintaining spaces that support clear thinking\, emotional steadiness\, and healthy spiritual interaction. \nWe will conclude the evening with a spirit communication session connecting with the Whisperers and other spirits\, offering participants a deeper perspective on how these practices affect our interaction with the spirit world. \nEach month we explore a different aspect of the paranormal through teaching\, guided practice\, and direct experiences. These sessions are designed to help you better understand the spirit world and develop your ability to perceive and communicate with spirits. We conclude each evening with a spirit communication session connecting with the Whisperers and other spirits. \nThese evenings will help you explore the paranormal with confidence while becoming part of a growing community of seekers. \nYOUR INSTRUCTORS: \nKaedrich Olsen has a lifetime of experience exploring the spirit world and more than 30 years teaching and guiding others in the paranormal arts. Growing up in a haunted house and attending a spiritualist church\, he developed early skills in séance work and spirit communication. Today he helps others understand paranormal experiences\, communicate with spirits responsibly\, and navigate the unseen world with clarity and confidence. \nNelly Olsen has had a connection with the spirit world since childhood. After growing up in a religious environment that discouraged these experiences\, she later reclaimed her abilities through years of study\, practice\, and deep personal work.
