{IN PERSON} Herbal Assisted Yoga for Grief

This class is IN PERSON. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Class fees are non transferable, we stick to the student agreements agreed upon during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time.

A unique yoga class in which we will begin class by drinking a tea blend specially crafted to help us move through grief. By combining the herbal allies found within the tea blend with breath and movement, we will explore what it feels like to move through our grief in a conscious way. You do not need to be grieving a recently lost loved one to join this class. We are all always grieving losing beloved relationships, items, situations, and many other things we may be called to let go of in the never ending ebb and flow of this life. Expect to be guided through a vinyasa and yin combination flow after taking some time to sit with and drink the tea, using our breath to guide our movements through yoga asanas. Please bring your own mat, mug for the tea, and water. Option to bring a blanket if you would like as well.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Liora Lionheart is a professional herbalist, yoga teacher, tarot reader, and witch. Having a passion for community and healing, Liora focuses their energy on how to best serve their community through magic, movement, and herbs! Originally from Texas, Liora went to Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine, as well as founded the group Austin’s Queer Coven. You can find them working at Ritualcravt as one of the Herbalist House Witches, foraging in the mountains, dancing at edm concerts, tending to their home and yard, or making potions in their witchcraft room.
