Ritualcravt welcomes back Janine Hagal of Black Earth Botanica for a
natural perfumery workshop for all skill levels. If you have ever wanted
to make your own aphrodisiac oils for attraction, or create a bespoke
blend for your loved one this Valentine’s Day, please join us! We will
be focusing on 25 aromatic herbes of Venus, the planet of love and
adoration, and the unique attributes of each, from folklore to
aromatherapy. We will also cover fragrance families, blending top,
middle and base notes, astrological congruence, and history, before
participants make their own perfume to take home. Space is limited.

This will be Janine’s third class, and second workshop at Ritualcravt.
She has been creating aromatic magic since 2011, her work informed
primarily by her background in herbalism, astrology, and Norse paganism,
as well as a degree in Film and studies in biology. As a Taurus Venus,
she realizes the importance of joy through the art of scent and taste,
and is thrilled to bring olfactory magic to others.
