Over the last year, Albert and Sarah have been hosting Breathwork gatherings at his tattoo studio in San Diego. Now, traveling has opened up the chance to extend the reach of this offering to different communities. They will be going over the many physical and mental benefits of learning how to breathe to your fullest potential. Some benefits include,
