Class fees are non transferable, please note that we stick to the student agreements clicked on during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time.

The goal of this class is to leave you empowered to cultivate and create medicine for yourself and your community! We’ll discuss a variety of vinegar infusions, and a handful of great herbs and plants to keep in your back pocket during cold and flu season. You will also have the opportunity to create your own vinegar infusion of your choice- a fire cider, oxymel, or shrub!

Mamie Trotter is the herbalist behind Herbal Riot- a small herbal business located in Denver. Mamie believes that knowledge of plant medicine is meant to be shared and multiplied. There is truly nothing more empowering than knowing that you can create medicines to help your family and friends. Come prepared to get your hands a little dirty, and to dip your toes in the pond of herbal medicine.

Please come with your own cutting board, knife, and a 32oz wide mouth jar! All other ingredients are included in fee.
