{IN PERSON} Native Plants for Every Colorado Garden

Garden Designer Danna Liebert will share some of her favorite Colorado native plants for ecological value, visual interest, and resilience. In this workshop you will learn about the restorative benefits of native plants and how to plant them to mitigate challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss. Danna will share how she approaches naturalistic garden design and tips to increase your odds of success with new plants. This workshop is appropriate for people with any level of gardening experience.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Danna is the owner of Grounded Growth Landscape Design https://www.groundedgrowthld.com, an ecological garden design and installation company based in Englewood, CO. Danna previously worked with the City of Englewood Parks Department to establish a native habitat demonstration garden at Depot Park https://www.engaged.englewoodco.gov/depot-pollinator-park. Danna also serves on the board of Wild Ones Front Range, a non-profit that empowers Front Range residents to plant & promote native Coloradoscapes for a climate-resilient future https://frontrange.wildones.org.
