Have you ever picked up an item and gotten a sense of the stories behind it?
Psychometry involves receiving psychic impressions about an object, person, place, or event by physically handling an item associated with them. The first hour of the circle will include basic information about the process, the psychic senses that make psychometry possible, and preparation for hands-on practice. The second hour will be spent in practice, handling available items and seeing what impressions we get, including if what we get can be verified. However, this isn’t so much as “right and wrong” as it is about practice and having fun!
There will be a variety of items to practice with including found objects, items that have been used in magical workings, and those thought to be haunted or otherwise attached to a spirit. You are welcome to bring an item share, so long as you are comfortable with it being handled by others.
