“Plants have their own consciousness just like every living being or creature on the planet. When tend to the spirit of our plants that includes this awareness of their being, we can not only give them a solid and wonderful environment to thrive in but we will also tend to their unique life source as well. When we change our relationship with our houseplants in this way it creates a very magical relationship and experience with them.
Plants communicate on a very subtle level of communication with us, if we can only tap into it and listen to what they are expressing about what they need, like or don’t like. All we need to do is access our own awareness on what our plants needs are fundamentally, practically and holistically.
In this in-person workshop, Carla will guide you through different ways to care and tend to the spirit of your house plants that will take your green thumb qualities to the next level. She will focus on different aspects of indoor plant care from lighting, environment, watering, re-potting, to talking to your plants, singing, playing music and deepening a physical and energetic relationship with them. Carla will also give you tips and remedies to help cure and revive struggling plant friends.
If you have any question about a certain plant of your own, please bring them to class with you! Small and/or medium plants would be best.

Carla is a Witch, End of Life Coach & Death Doula, she has been practicing magick since she was 18 years old and is an initiate of COTW Coven here in Colorado. Carla received both her End of Life Coaching & Death Doula certifications through her course work with the Conscious Dying Institute in Boulder, Colorado. Carla is passionate about the Death Positive movement and is an advocate of normalizing death and mortality in everyday life. She hopes to bring death back to its sacred place in the community through her death work services and discussions. Carla’s strengths in the death work field are being able to approach this part of life with a radical presence of non-judgment, love and a bold vulnerability. Carla is a end of life care volunteer for Hospice and is currently working towards a Home Funeral Guide certification. When Carla is not hosting death related discussions, helping families plan for a good death or sitting vigil, she can be found talking to her house plants or rolling around in laughter with her two daughters.
