A weekly vinyasa flow suitable for all levels of ability infused with magical elements! Expect intention setting and a short guided meditation before moving through a yoga sequence. We will be synching our breath to movement to infuse our intention with our energy. Taught by Liora Lionheart, Ritualcravt’s Herbalist House Witch. Liora has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2020, including vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, and yin yoga.
Please bring your own mat and water! Option to bring a blanket if you’d like as well.
