Autumn is an important time of year with natural emphasis on the harvest- ripening, collecting, storing away, and pruning back. Missy will share a keynote lecture on the Autumntide, with important timings, holy days, lore, and ancestral practices that we can observe in the diaspora. We will go over folk magic and more with emphasis on the ancestors as we near the end of the autumn and move closer to wintertide. We will discuss modern methods to utilize these practices on the lands we live on today in meaningful and beneficial ways.
