Rhythm is inherent in the human being: in our heartbeat, in our brain waves, in our breathing. The 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 and has a rhythm.

A 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗺 is the power and rhythm of 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 itself, the invocation of divine strength, the healing and purification of your inner self, the awakening of emotions, uniting us with memories, the universe, and the spirits of 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

In this workshop you will learn how to find balance with your inner rhythm and reconnect with your drums. Be one, by learning how to read and locate the blockages that you could have and may need to release with the right spiritual tools. Nicolas is a renowned drummer and percussionist in the ancestral musical group Heilung, born and raised in the Andean mountains. He is from Quito in Ecuador and has lived for the last 6 years in Denmark.

His rich blend of ancestral traditions and techniques including the traditional bombo drums from the Andean mountains in Ecuador and shamanic drum traditions from Scandinavia, open energetic ancestral medicine spaces that heal and connect us to the universe and nature.

This 3-hour workshop is a unique experience on all levels. Come and re-wild with us!
