“Solluna Yoga – Hatha style yoga aligning with the solstices & equinoxes. This 90 minute class includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement & postures), and a 30 minute meditative chakra visualization to help you tune inward, release tension, and recharge your subtle energetic body & whole auric field. Each class, we focus on different chakras and discuss the energetic influences of that season. This class is led by Kelly Barrett of Solluna Healing. She is a trauma therapist (LCSW), trauma-sensitive yoga teacher (RYT, TSYT), reiki master, and shamanic practitioner. Kelly provides holistic psychotherapy with metaphysical healing modalities in the Denver area.”
