{IN PERSON} Somatic Energy & Ritual Structure: The Body as the Altar

This class is IN PERSON. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Class fees are non transferable, we stick to the student agreements agreed upon during registration. Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled class time.

“With enough practice, you can cast a spell with a single breath.” Ever wonder why rituals are structured the way they are—or what to do when you don’t have tools on hand? This class bridges Yoga, Taoism, and Witchcraft to focus on the most important tool you have: your body. We’ll practice “activating the witch’s wheel,” a physical method for raising, moving, and grounding energy using only breath and body awareness. If you want to rely less on physical props and feel confident in your internal energy work, this workshop will give you a solid, practical foundation. Discover why high-magic uses specific tools as representations of energy, and why we follow specific steps.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Aster Soluna (he/him, @astersoluna) is an Alexandria, VA-based practitioner, psychic translator, and guest teacher at Ritualcravt, bringing 24 years of esoteric practice to the Mile High community. Rooted in twenty-four years of deep devotion to tarot, Aster’s work bridges high-magic traditions with real-world, somatic integration—blending Hellenistic astrology, planetary magic, Reiki, numerology, paganism, yoga, and ritual into his signature Holistic Tarot Sessions and Somatic Tarot Sessions.

Co-creator of Three Cups Circle—a living grimoire exploring the esoteric arts, modern culture, and lived reality — Aster specializes in making traditional occult knowledge practical, accessible, and deeply embodied. This November he is teaching two classes with us for one weekend. From guiding students through planetary talisman crafting to teaching physical energy movement via the “witch’s wheel,” his workshops offer actionable tools for clearing stagnant patterns, deprogramming limiting belief systems, and reclaiming personal sovereignty. Whether in a group sound bath or an immersive masterclass, Aster brings a grounded perspective to your spiritual path. His ethos is: “Fate deals the cards, but you choose how to play them.”
