This group past life regression is for anyone who is attracted to Nordic traditions, mythologies, or cultures- or feels they may have lived a past life in an ancient Northern part of the world! In this guided meditation, we will journey backwards in time and through the world tree of the Nordic people to recover gifts, understand attachments, reclaim strengths, and release contracts that are not serving us in our lives today. We will go through the meditation together and end with a bit of light processing and discussion. No experience necessary, dress comfortably and have a quiet space to enjoy this work at home. Past life meditations can be interesting and informative, but also fun!
